The Girl Scouts can hold various events in a safe meeting space. Below are past events that have occurred.
70th Anniversary
Citizens from the communities of South River, Milltown, and East Brunswick came to learn about the history of the Little House Association of South River. During the event, participants were able to watch a video of the Little House Association history, watch a fashion show of Girl Scout uniforms through time, and partake in crafts.
Fire Safety for Camp
Girl Scouts learn how to make a fire. This is important for camping as it will be their only source of heat for cooking. The Girl Scouts also like to hold campfires at the Little House to practice their camp songs.
Pajama Party
Girl Scout Troop 81627 had a fun time having a pajama party at the Little House. The girls spent lots of time making healthy snacks and bonding together.
2018 Annual Clean Up
One of the troops worked hard cleaning up the Little House property for upcoming events.
